Our noodles are the noodles made by Kushiro Mihara Seimen which do not use any antiseptic of noodle manufacture.

the long-established specialist coffee shop.

This restaurant is proud of the Miso soup which adding ground soybean paste from Teshikaga town, making the original ramen. Secret of taste, 「bovine breast milk」 from Watanabe experience ranch located in the area and red chili oil are applied as a unique.
Mashu-no-megumi

This original ramen is using locally produced seasonable vegetables.The soup prepared based on a light salty taste, so not get boring to drink. Secret of taste, 「bovine breast milk」 is used.
＊Topping changes accordind to the season and purchase situation. Also when Teshikaga's vegetables are insufficient, vegetables from another local area are supplied.
